FAQ
Can I bring a bag to Perfume Galaxy?
Upon entry, you are required to drop off your coat and any bag at the checkroom, where our staff will be happy to assist you. Large bags are unfortunately not allowed during the event. We recommend leaving valuables at home. The organization is not liable for loss or theft.
Is Perfume Galaxy wheelchair friendly?
The organization of Bite is making every effort to make the grounds as accessible as possible to all. Disabled parking is available on site and ramps are provided at each raised booth. There are also paved paths, decking on the grass and a disabled toilet can be found at the Bite of Amsterdam first aid station. In other words, we very much welcome our guests coming on a wheelchair. In the unlikely event that something is difficult to access, we as a team will come and offer the help needed!
Are pets allowed at Perfume Galaxy?
Unfortunately, you are not allowed to bring your pets to Perfume Galaxy. For assistance dogs, we ask that you contact the organization in advance at contact@parfumgalaxy.com
Where will Perfume Galaxy be held?
Perfume Galaxy takes place at a unique location in the heart of the Netherlands: Het Dikke Torentje. This historic church exudes centuries-old charm and has been an official National Monument since 1970. Not only is it a cultural heritage, the royal family has also worshiped here. Recently awarded best wedding venue in the Netherlands, this place offers an unparalleled atmosphere.

Accessibility by car
The Dikke Torentje is easily accessible by car via the A1 and A27. In addition, the venue has free on-site parking. Do you know other perfume lovers who are also coming. Despite ample parking, we ask that you come together as much as possible.
Then before you leave, check the apps from Waze, Flitsmeister, TomTom or check Google Maps or www.vananaarbeter.nl.
Accessibility by public transportation
This is certainly possible! Even though this beautiful location is in the middle of the polder, the bus stops right outside the door. There are several options. For example, a bus runs from Hilversum Station, but from Baarn Station.
