Visitor conditions – Perfume Galaxy Event October 12 & 13, 2025

 

0. Organization

The “Organizer” of the event is Helmer Cosmetics. Helmer Cosmetics is brand owner of Perfume Galaxy (“Perfume Galaxy”, “we”, “us”). Our office is located at Huizerweg 47a, 1401 GH, Bussum. We can be reached at contact@parfumgalaxy.com. The “Event” is Perfume Galaxy 2025, with the “Location” being Het Dikke Torentje in Eemnes.

 

This visitor condition applies to all visitors to the event.

 

1. Ticket Sales/Ticket

– The visitor can order one or more Tickets in the manner described on the Website, by the Ticketing organization Weeztix.

– The admission ticket is issued once and gives access to one person (1 QR code per person).

– Tickets cannot be canceled by the visitor nor exchanged.

– The Visitor is responsible for providing the information necessary to establish a correct Ticket order. Before confirming their reservation, the visitor should always check that the correct Tickets have been reserved. The visitor must always use a correct (e-mail) address when making the reservation.

– The visitor is not entitled to obtain a refund from the organization of the admission price or any other compensation in case of loss or theft of his/her admission ticket. If the visitor does not use the admission ticket for any reason, this will be at his/her own expense. An admission ticket once obtained cannot be exchanged. In these cases there will also be no refund by organization of the entrance fee.

– Forgery of the ticket will be prosecuted.

 

2. Access

– If requested to do so, the visitor is at all times obliged to show his/her admission ticket. In any case, the admission ticket must be shown upon entering the event.

– Children under 12 years of age may attend the event only when accompanied by a parent, guardian and/or other adult.

– The organization has the right to ask for a valid means of identification.

– The organistation reserves the right at all times to deny access to the venue to visitors arriving after the start of the event.

 

Sunday, Oct. 12, 2025 is for consumers only.

Monday, October 13, 2025 is open exclusively to business visitors (retail and media). When registering for this day, it is mandatory to provide company details and a valid Chamber of Commerce number. The organization reserves the right to cancel tickets if these conditions are not met.

 

3. Liability

– Visitors’ stay is at their own expense and risk.

– The organization is not liable for accidents, damage, loss or theft during the event.

– The organization is never liable for damage suffered by the visitor, which is caused as a result of force majeure on the part of the organization. Force majeure includes every circumstance independent of the will of the organization – even if this could already be foreseen as a possibility at the time the agreement was made – which temporarily or permanently prevents fulfillment of the agreement, as well as insofar as not already included, war, war violence, terror and/or threat of terror, civil war, riots, riots, actions of police and/or fire department, strikes, transport difficulties, fire and other serious disturbances in the region, strikes, diseases, epidemics and pandemics, weather conditions and for whatever reason non-functioning public transport.

 

4. Rules of procedure

– Use of the checkroom is mandatory for visitors.

– It is not allowed to enter the event site with food, glassware, (plastic) bottles, cans, fireworks, (fire) weapons, drugs, alcoholic beverages and/or other dangerous objects.

– Smoking is prohibited inside the event grounds. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.

– It is forbidden to distribute flyers or put up posters during the event.

– Visitors should treat the exhibitors’ products and POS materials with respect. Any damage should be reported immediately to the exhibitor and organization.

– During the event, all daily social norms and values apply. Threatening and using violence, making discriminatory remarks in word and/or gesture, sexual harassment, etc. will not be tolerated.

– In case of misbehavior, the organization reserves the right to deny visitors entry or remove them from the event, without refund of the ticket.

– The organization reserves the right to check bags and jackets for prohibited, inadmissible items or theft.

– Park in the areas designated by the organization. Cars parked elsewhere may be towed away.

 

5. Photography and imagery

– The organization and location reserve the right to make (or have made) image and/or sound recordings of the event at which the visitor is present. The visitor will make no copyright or other objection to the use of his portrait/likeness in the context of the publication of said recordings.

– Images and/or built footage created may be used for promotional purposes, including social media.

– No sound and/or video recordings may be made by visitors at the event for commercial purposes. This right is reserved for the organization and the venue.

 

6. Personal data

Personal data of the visitor is processed by organization and any third party processors in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).

 

7. Force Majeure

– In case of force majeure, Perfume Galaxy has the right to cancel or reschedule the event to another date. Perfume Galaxy will not be liable for any damage caused to the visitor as a result.

– Changes in the event lineup will not entitle you to a (partial) refund of the ticket amount.

 

 

 

 

– Perfume Galaxy may at any time amend or supplement these Visitor Terms and Conditions. The most current version will be published on the website. Amended terms and conditions will apply from the time of publication.
